Tender called for Battery – Supply and Installation

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and eligible suppliers for the supply, installation, and maintenance of UPS batteries on a buyback basis for the Head Office of Malnad Areca Marketing Co-operative Society Ltd., Shivamogga.

2. Scope of Work

• Supply, delivery, and installation of new 42 AH SMF batteries at MAMCOS Head Office, Shivamogga.
• Buyback and proper disposal of existing old batteries.
• Comprehensive maintenance support for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation.
• Quoted price must include all applicable taxes, freight, forwarding, transit insurance, installation charges and buyback value deduction.

3. Eligibility & Documents

• Registered firm/entity dealing in UPS batteries and maintenance.
• Copy of valid GST registration and PAN card.
• Proof of similar supply or installation works for government or reputed organizations.

4. Terms & Conditions

1. Tender Submission: Sealed tenders must reach the undersigned on or before 15th October 2025 by 4:00 PM.

3. Bid Validity: 30 days from the date of opening.
4. Delivery Period: Supply and installation must be completed within 15 days from date of Purchase Order.
5. Payment: Payment will be made after successful delivery, installation, and verification of buyback materials.
6. Warranty: Minimum 24 months from date of installation.
7. Buyback: Supplier must collect and dispose of the old batteries responsibly, as per e-waste and environmental norms.
8. Right to Reject: The Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
