Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and eligible suppliers for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of UPS Systems and Batteries for the Head Office of Malnad Areca Marketing Co-operative Society Ltd., Shivamogga.

2. Scope of Work
- Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the UPS and batteries at MAMCOS Head Office, Shivamogga.
- Comprehensive on-site maintenance for two (2) years from the date of installation.
- Quoted price must include all applicable taxes, freight, forwarding, transit insurance, installation charges and the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for two years.
3. Eligibility & Documents
- Registered firm/entity dealing in UPS & battery supply and maintenance.
- Copy of GST registration and PAN.
- Proof of past performance (purchase/work orders or client references) for similar works.
4. Terms & Conditions
- Tender Submission: Sealed tenders must reach the undersigned on or before 15th October 2025 by 4:00 PM.

- Delivery Period: Supply, installation and commissioning within 15 days from date of Purchase Order.
- Payment: Payment after successful delivery, installation and testing on submission of invoice.
- Warranty: 24 months from date of installation for UPS and batteries.
- AMC: Comprehensive AMC for two years to be included in the quoted price.
- Right to Reject: The Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning reason.
